Will I work with a lighting designer?Yes. With our design software our designers can show you how beautiful and festive your property can be. Whether you are looking for a classic display, or something sleek and modern, we can make your ideas a reality!

How long will it take to complete the installation?Once you have decided on the perfect design, we move on to bring that design to life! Installations are scheduled at a convenient time, and our uniformed installation crews handle everything. From our straight roof-line lights to our captivating tree lighting, our installers are true artists.

Do you provide a warranty for your lighting services?We are proud to offer continued maintenance services throughout the season for your peace of mind. Whether a light has burnt out or your decorations aren’t working properly, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our maintenance services are always free.

Are your products durable and energy-efficient?We proudly supply our own commercial-grade and energy-efficient holiday decor for your convenience. That means we install SMD LED lights that only require 10% the electricity of traditional lights. In addition, our wreaths and garland are extra full and more realistic. We take the time to make sure our products are durable and eco-friendly while achieving your desired look.

Do we need to be at our home or business while you’re installing the lighting and décor?No one needs to be at home while we’re working. We only require access to outdoor electricity. We request that pets be kept inside.

Will our plants and flowers be safe while you work on our lighting and décor?Yes. Our installations are noninvasive, and we are always careful to maintain the health and integrity of your plants and flowers.

How do you attach lighting to my property?REDNOSE uses ridge clips and gutter clips for lighting roof lines and peaks. Wreathes, with your permission, will have a permanent anchor installed. For areas that do not require anchors (garland), we use a noninvasive tie system.

Do you de-install, and when does this happen?One of the worst things about the holidays ending is trying to find the time and energy to take down your lights. Thankfully, we will come back and take down the decorations. We’re happy to take down your lights any time after the New Year that’s convenient for you.

Can I store the lights and decorations with you?At the end of the season, we will remove our lights and equipment and store them until next year in our facility. Unfortunately, we will not remove anything that you or someone else (outside of the REDNOSE team) installed, nor will we be able to store it for you.

When is payment due to REDNOSE?Deposit is due upon acceptance of service. Balance is due upon completion of installation.

When should I book to be included in the next holiday season?We do our very best to accommodate every request that comes to us leading up to the holidays. We ask that you please submit your request as early as possible to assure we can spread holiday cheer at your property. Please contact us to learn more about our current schedule.

Will you install our lights?In order to provide a 100% service guarantee, we would only be able to install our own commercial grade lights. Sometimes we can make exceptions for client-owned wreaths depending on the circumstances. Please discuss with your designer.

Do you sell or lease out lights?We do not sell our product. We found that the lease program works best for our clients because we check ALL of our product every season for quality and we repair and replace as needed.
